With the commitment and strong support of the parent committee that was formed, on 2 April 2021, with the abbreviation Pertubuhan Kebajikan Kekun Sejahtera Malaysia (TSM) was approved by the Registration Department of Malaysian Organizations (ROS) Ipoh Branch.
With a total of 15 registered members and several volunteers consisting of young people and beliawanis of various educational backgrounds and races but united with one common desire. With the common hope to optimize the ability that can build a level of change in developing the education of young people and the socio-economic status of the community. TSM sharing the knowledge and opportunities available is one of the 1001 secret ingredients in several previous successes in implementing activities and programs for primary school students around several districts in the state of Perak in general. The commitment of the 'pioneer' committee in realizing the hopes and plans of the TSM Catalyst, is greatly appreciated for the sake of continuity and ensuring that the direction of the organization is achieved.
